These terms apply to www.mindweaverart.com ("MindWeaverArt", "we") and to the tools we use to publish its content on social media.
What the site is
MindWeaverArt publishes quotes paired with artwork, videos and music generated with AI tools (Midjourney, Google Gemini, Lyria). The quotes belong to their authors and are given with attribution. The texts about them, the artwork and the videos are ours. The artwork and videos are marked as AI-generated.
Using the content
- You may read, download and share the images and quotes for personal, non-commercial use, as long as you name MindWeaverArt and link to the page of the quote.
- Any other use, in particular commercial use or resale, needs our written permission.
- AI-generated works may not be protected by copyright everywhere. Where they are, the rights are ours.
Our social media tools
We use the APIs of TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X and Bluesky only to publish our own content on our own accounts. Our app on TikTok for Developers uploads the daily video of the site to the inbox of our own TikTok account, where it is published by hand. It offers no service to other TikTok users and cannot be used by them. Our use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
No warranty
We check the quotes and their attribution with care, but we cannot guarantee that every quote is correct or correctly attributed. If you find a mistake, write to [email protected]. The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from its use.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
